• Shipments: consignee name, contact details and delivery address, provided by you, the shipper or our overseas partners.
• Tracking searches: the tracking number you enter. We record a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent abuse; we do not store the address itself.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and arrange shipments.
• To send shipment status updates by email or SMS.
• To protect our systems against misuse.

What the public tracking page shows

The tracking page shows only the shipment's status history, origin and destination, and the consignee's initials. It never shows phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses or internal notes.

Sharing

We share information with our overseas partners, carriers, customs authorities and the service providers we use for email and SMS, only as needed to deliver the service.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations.
